新潟市南区『新潟 かつ一 白根店』さんです。
西区のお店は何度も訪問していますが、白根店は初訪問です。
国道8号線沿いの好立地
駐車場も広く入りやすいですね。
平日ランチタイムでしたが人気ですね。
今回、私がいただいたのはちょっと奮発して
「よくばりセット」¥1400
ロース、ヒレ、海老フライがセットになった、まさによくばりなメニュー
ご飯は
・白ごはん
・炊き込みご飯
から選べますが、私は「白ごはん」で。
味噌汁は
・あさりの味噌汁
・豚汁
から選べますが、「あさりの味噌汁」をチョイス
まずはヒレカツを塩で一口…
ヒレ独特のさっぱりとした味わいながら、豚肉の旨味を感じます。
そしてロース。
スリスリしたゴマとオリジナルソースでいただきます。
脂身が全然くどくなく、美味しい！
「かつ一」さんのお肉は良いものを使ってますね。
エビフライはタルタルソースで。
プリッとした海老の食感がまた良いですね。
ご飯、味噌汁、千切りキャベツはお代わりOKという嬉しいサービス。
最近のトンカツ屋さんでは少なくなってますよね。
モチのロン、三つともお代わりしちゃいました！
食後のコーヒー（ドリンクも選べます）を飲んでいると水曜日限定で最中にアイスとあんこが入ったお重もサービス！とのこと。
