辛い冷やし中華が食べたくなり、近所で探したら、みずさわさんに面白い冷やしメニューがあったので行ってみました。
ところが、今年はまだ冷やしメニューはやっておらず、大好きな石焼麻婆麺もこの暑い中食べたくないので、味噌ラーメンを食べて来ました。
ライス一杯無料です。（2杯目から100円）
背脂ラーメンが苦手なので、味噌だから背脂入っていないと思います。
標準でトッピングされているのは、薄いチャーシューが3枚ほど、やや塩辛いメンマ、ほうれん草、ネギなどです。
味噌は優しいお味でガッんと来るわけではありません。おそらく、生姜が入っているせいかも知れません。
麺はやや太めでした。
美味しかったです。
