新潟県燕市で行ってみたかった「#杭州飯店」さんを訪問するも臨時休業
高速代が勿体なかったので一般道で約５時間かけて来たのに・・・
このままじゃ帰れないので近くで美味しそうなラーメン屋を探してヒットしたお店がこちら(*^◯^*)
登場してビックリしたのはビジュアル！∑(ﾟДﾟ)
真っ白ですね‼️
そして麺が極太麺でこのスープと背脂が絡まって美味い
背脂が膜の役目をしてスープが熱々なのも良い
資本系の家系ラーメンによくあるクリーミーなスープは好みじゃないんですが、ここのクリーミースープは麺と背脂に合い美味しいですね！(*^◯^*)
腹パンだったので少し残してしまいましたが美味しいラーメンでした。
