新潟県燕市からのリボートです。
新潟県内を移動中、こちらの道の駅を発見し立ち寄りました。道の駅は地元の食材があるので地元を知るいい機会になりますね。
こちらの道の駅の裏にはちょっとしたキャンプみたいなスペースがありいい雰囲気でした。その脇には足湯も併設されてます。
カスタードプリン @200
せっかくなので何かいただこうと探し、カスタードプリンいただきました。パッケージにはなんと！たまごと牛乳で作りましたと書いてあります！逆にそれでしか作れないのでは？？？と密かな疑問。。。
しっとり系のプリンでなめらかな口当たりに子供でもいただける感じのカラメルソースで美味しいプリンでした。
