GW後半、連日胃に負担をかけているのにもかかわらず、
無性に餃子が食べたくなった。
実家に転がり込んでいたので近辺の餃子店をリサーチしてもヒットせず、
近くのスーパーやら王将じゃ…芸がないし。
車で徘徊中ふと思い出した。
おっ、そういえば餃子居酒屋なる店が去年あたりオープンしてたな！
ということで夕方5時過ぎ、持ち帰りもOKだろうとアポなし突撃。
餃子日和わらん。
わら焼き家？？？
駐車場はガラガラ、居酒屋で満車はおかしいか？
中はだいぶ盛り上がっている様子。
持ち帰りもOKらしい。
メニューを渡される。
餃子だけでも10種類はある。
無難なわらん餃子を2個オーダー。
ところで、水餃子はテイクアウトできるのだろうか？
レジ横の長いすでしばし待つ。
ぞくぞくと予約客が入って来る。
家族連れが多い印象。
電話もひっきりなしに鳴る。
どうやら連休中は満席のようだ。
15分位は待っただろうか？
ようやく出来上がり。
1008円？1個504円か。
「端数なんとかしてくれ～」と言いたくなる値段設定だ。
値段はともかく、
あの待ち場所に代わる代わる喫煙者が来たのは気になりました。
客室は全席禁煙なのだろうか？
居酒屋もそこまで来たか？まさか。
肝心の餃子ですが、かなりBIGサイズなものが1箱5個入り。
皮は厚めでモチモチ、茶巾寿司みたいな包み方が独特です。
肉と野菜の比率も良いですね。
にんにくは控えめです。
そんなこともあってか、すりおろしにんにくが付いてます、大根おろしも。
1人で5個はかなり厳しい量です。
全体的に満足でした。
なので端数のことは忘れていました。
餃子が主体のようですが、古民家風の雰囲気も○な居酒屋でした。
後でHP見ましたが、わら焼きってわらで餃子を焼いているのでしょうか？
謎解きに近いうちに行きたいと思いました。
