燕三条出張の夜は、ホテル横の居酒屋さんに伺いました。燕三条名物?もつ煮込み元祖というのぼりがあったので、もつ煮込み、おまかせ串5本盛を注文。もつ煮込みに、岩のりがかかって、胡麻油の風味を感じました。とても美味しいもつ煮込みでした。大盛りにしても良かった。串は、塩が強く、お酒の当てに丁度よかったです。結構ボリュームがあり、これで満腹で終了です♪
