ふつーにうまいけれど小麦粉多め、ゆえにコシも強く喉越しも悪くない。しかしそばと言われるとそーかなぁ的な感じ(^^;
価格は気取った蕎麦屋に比べたら、どちらも¥680となかなか良心的な設定でした。
そばはちゃんと打ったものが提供されたので、特に拘らず、ちゃちゃっとそばで済ますぐらいな感じなら悪くは無いかも（笑）
