初訪問。
土日祝は7時30分から朝らーめんが頂けるお店。
10時頃に伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター3席 2人掛けテーブル✕3 ボックステーブル✕3 座敷テーブル✕2
着丼
煮干しの香り良いスープを一口。
塩気は程良く 煮干しの風味がじんわりときます。
香りからの想像で もっとニボニボしているかな〜と思っていたが意外とあっさり。
朝食べるにはこれくらいが良いのかも。
麺は中位のストレート麺。
ツルっとした舌触りで 噛むとモッチリした麺で「煮干ラーメン」では珍しいですね。
具材は チャーシュー・穂先メンマ・海苔・ネギ・柚皮。
