三条にラーメンを食べに行こうと思って車を走らせ、いこいでも
行こうかなと思って、ランキングを見たら鯉次さんを見つけたので
久しぶりに鯉次さんにお邪魔しました。
開店より２０分くらい早く着いたので、駐車場で待ってましたが、
10分前になっても車が来ないなーと思っていたら、その後続々と
車がやってきてほぼ満車。
さすが人気店。
先頭で入店し、人気№１の炙り背油塩ラーメン 大盛りを注文。
ちょっと待って着丼。
基本あまり食べない塩ラーメン、さてどうでしょう？？？
うん、塩だ、あっさりだ。（当たり前ｗ）
背油だけど特にパンチはなく、食べやすいですね。
麺にスープがあっていて、美味しいです。
だけどやっぱり醤油かな。背油には醤油がよく合う。
今度は醤油にしてみよう。
燕、三条は美味しい行きたいお店が多くて、困りますね。
