【感想】
麺は北海道産の小麦を使った中太麺で喉越しはツルツルなのにもっちりとしている。
魚介と豚骨ベースの甘辛いタレ、魚粉、ネギ、ニラ、スパイシーな肉味噌で麺をすする事に異なる風味が楽しめる。
諸事情により卓上のニンニクは未投入。
追い飯は別途料金。

今回はまぜそば以外を食べるつもりだったが、なぜか目の前にはまぜそば。
しかし今回は前回とは異なり卓上のにんにくを豪快に投入して頂く。
〆の追い飯も忘れずに。
