平日の夜に訪問。券売機で食券を購入してカウンターに座りました。カウンターには先客が数人いました。
煮干し中華には岩のり、ということで岩のり煮干し中華そばにしました。
しばらく待ってラーメンが到着。丼から煮干しの香りがかおってきます。
スープは濃い目の煮干しスープが醤油でまとめられています。
そこに岩のりの風味と塩気が加わっていい味になっています。
麺は平打ちの縮れのはいった極太麺。
個人的にはもう少し硬い方が好みでしたがモチモチとした歯ごたえがありますね。
チャーシューにメンマ、ナルト、そして大粒の背脂と玉ねぎ。
満足の一杯でした。
