透明スープ 脂浮いてます～♪ 大量に浮いてますっ♪
チャーシュー ナルト メンマ
メンマ漬かってる～♪ トッピングのにんにくも漬かってる～♪ ニオイがぁ～♪
スープはあっさり目だが醤油のような塩の様なん～～複雑なスープ ダブルスープかな!?
麺は自家製 中太ちぢれ麺 だいぶ癖のある麺でちーと私には合わなかったかも。。
のど越しがちーと。。固麺もイマイチかな。。
餃子は皮厚めでもちもち美味
チャーシューはよく煮込まれててほろほろ旨しっ♪
後半ニンニク絡めて味替えてあっという間に二杯目もペロリです。
