代休の今日。以前から行きたかったお店へ。
こちらは、旧三条南小学校跡地で現在は『三条ものづくり学校』にリニューアルしている。
Loが13:30であり、Lo30分前迄、予約を受付けている。気になる方は要予約されたし。
◎お店
・三条市の桜木町にある。新潟市よりR8号からだと直江町二の交差点を左折。条南の交差点を右折。三条ものづくり学校の看板が目印。
・駐車場は、元学校だけ有って台数が止められる。
・先ず、校舎に入る。
土足のまま※見た目が学校なだけに罪悪感があるが。
右の廊下を歩くと教務室を再利用したカフェがある。
・店内は、元教務室とは思えない洒落たカフェに転身していた。カウンター席、テーブル席とある。
・男性スタッフ二名で調理、接客をされていた。男性スタッフは丁寧で雰囲気が良かった。食材の事も色々聞けた。
◎メニュー
四種あるメニューは、簡単に言うとパン屋系二種とパスタ系二種となる。
最近、麺類ばかりだったので、パン系にしてみた。
食材が映える様な器を使用しているのが光る。目でも楽しめる。
・先付け
群馬県産トマトの味噌漬け
玉ねぎの冷製ポタージュ
牛乳と生クリーム。昆布の出汁。
※トマトは、小さいながらも酸味が抑えられ、かと言って味噌らしくもなくトマトの旨味が調和されていた。程よく水気が切られている。
※玉ねぎの冷製ポタージュは、確かに玉ねぎの味わいなのだが、ひんやりとしたポタージュが生クリームの味わいで、まろやかになっていた。美味しい！
・デンマーク風オープンサンドイッチ￥1480(税別)
自家製プティサレトマト煮込み
白レバーパテ
越の鶏の燻製
アンデスポークパストラミハム
自家製ピクルス(大根・みょうが・カブ)
食後の飲み物 ホットコーヒーを選択。
※上記の名前を聞いてもグルメじゃないので、ちんぷんかんぷんである。
しかし旨さは、分かる。
苦手なレバーパテが臭みが無く美味しかった。
トマト煮込みが旨い。豚肉を柔らかく煮込んであり、これはパスタに合うだろう。
正直、バケットが二つ付いてくるが足りない程！
※食後のホットコーヒーも、豆の拘りが感じられ香りと程よい苦味を楽しめた。
◎最後に
ディナーもある、こちら。ランチで気軽に楽しんでみて、ディナーを利用するのもアリだと思う。
普段、洒落た店に入らない私でも気に入った。
男性でも、外観が学校なので気軽に入れるだろう。
