The old elementary school has been renovated as a "Manufacturing School". This restaurant is located inside the school. When I went to the restaurant, the majority of customers were women. I didn't make a reservation, so I told them and they said they would prepare it in 20 minutes. There were seats available, but they limit the number of customers because it makes you wait until the food is served. I killed time by touring the manufacturing school. I waited 20 minutes before visiting. Lunch was an appetizer, main course, and drink. There were four main courses to choose from. I chose Niigata spear squid, small shrimp, and spinach in oil, and Sardinian karasumi and handmade fresh pasta "cavatiri". The dish name is long. The fried potato appetizer was GOOD. Prosciutto and persimmon dish was also interesting. The pasta was fresh pasta, and the seafood flavor matched well. The subtle firmness of the fresh pasta was exquisite. It was well emulsified. The appearance was also beautiful with accents of chrysanthemums and karasumi. It was delicious. My partner had the tomato-based ramen and said it was average. Judging from the atmosphere of the restaurant, it seems to be popular with women. It might take courage to go to this restaurant alone, especially on weekends.
