こちらのお店は「三条ものづくり学校」内にあるのですが、そもそも三条以外の地域の人がこの「三条ものづくり学校」にたどり着くことが難しい。ナビもしばしば間違った案内をするようで、食べログにもナビに有効な入力方法が記されてきます。店内、廊下をはさんだトイレなどには小さいお子さんを連れたお母さんに配慮がなされています。それでいて店内は幼稚園のようでなくとてもお洒落です。デンマーク風オープンサンドウィッチ”スモーブロー”税別1,580円これにドリンクをコーヒーにすると＋50円。デザートに自家製グラニテ「無花果」150円をいただきました。
・前菜
スペイン産原木生ハム・無花果・マスカルポーネ これが上の段にあります。
三条産じゃがいも”とうや”のフリット これが下のカップ部分にあります。
これらの前菜はみんな美味しいですね。生ハムとマスカルポーネの組み合わせは絶妙ですし、じゃがいものフリットもとても美味しい。
・メイン
茸のロースト／村上牛のローストビーフ／ 下田ポークのパテドカンパーニュ
／豆のポロネーゼ
まず見た目が綺麗です。女性好みですね。ローストビーフと豆のポロネーゼは共に普通に美味しいですね。パテドカンパーニュこれはとても食べやすくポークの旨味もあり私好みでした。残念なのは茸です。茸はエノキが古くなって嫌な臭いを発する、あれが感じられます。気のせいかと思いましたが、最後まで臭いました。他がよく出来ていたのでとても残念です。
・デザート・コーヒー
無花果のグラニテですが食べやすく、コーヒーも劇的に旨いと言うことはありませんが共に
普通に美味しくいただきました。
雰囲気・料理共にそこそこ満足できるレベルかと思います。ただ食材にこだわるあまりコスパがあまりよくないと思います。それでも訪れてみる価値はあると思います。
