煮干しのやさしい風味がgood！
サッパリとした美味しいスープです。
麺は低加水の中細ストレート。
パツッとした歯応えが特徴的なタイプ。
豚バラチャーシューは柔らかくて美味。
味玉も美味しい。
全体的にバランスの良い一杯だと思った。

炙った角切りチャーシューと刻みネギがのっている。
茶碗の端っこにマヨネーズ、てっぺんに紅ショウガ。
チャーシューの脂身がトロトロで旨い！
タレは濃い目で紅ショウガがよく合います。
マヨネーズをプラスすると円やかな味わいへと変化。
スモールサイズで丁度良い量かな。
次回は1日10杯限定『ドクロ煮干しソバ』を食べてみたい。
