月曜日、週明け仕事が、再開。
朝１番でぎっくり腰を発症。
今日は終わった(。>д<)
急いで、ツムラ68を飲んで、体を落ち着かせ、何とか午後3時
まで勤務。(痛み止めはあいにくない)
急いで、整形外科に行き、痛み止め注射、診察。
骨と骨の間の軟骨が減って来ているのでしょう。年相応に！
という診断で、痛み止めと湿布をもらう。(｀_´メ)
今日は痛くて買い物にも行きたくない。すると、整形外科の近くにラーメン店を発見。
助かった。食べて帰られる。
ということで、入店しました。
新メニューの白醤油仕立ての生姜醤油ラーメンを食べることにしました。
カレーラーメンが美味しそう。でも、昨日も食べた。
今日はあっさりいきたい。
燕系の背脂とか玉ねぎの入ってないものが食べたい。
ビンゴです。ど、ストライク。
あっさりとしていてうまい。
この前まで贔屓だった、アピタのソルトさんに似てます。
麺は、太い平打ち麺。シコシコでうまいですね。
生姜と上品な白醤油、それとおそらく鶏油のコラボの旨さでしょうね。
美味しかったです。
