今日も前から気になっていたラーメン屋さんに行ってきました！
ツバメ ラーメン ユウキさんへ。
カレーラーメンもなかなか人気あるようですが、私は家系で、もう一つはたまねぎ中華でポチリ。
店内はカウンターがメイン9席くらい？と小上がり2卓。小上がりにて、待つこと約4分。
着丼。うまそ～。やっぱ家系はこの海苔とおひたしがいーですよね！
まず、スープを一口。おぉー初めての味。魚介ダシをしっかり効かせた甘めの濃厚スープ。旨い！私好きですね～！
中華も見た目は燕三条ですが、スープは魚介ダシを効かせた甘めのスープ。ガツンとインパクトはないが、食べやすいスープ。
麺はやや太麺のストレート。甘めのスープはやばいですね。麺との相性も良く、速攻完食。
チャーシューはお肉を加熱した感じでチャーシューという感じはない。
いやーでも満足の一杯でした。
中華の玉ねぎは結構辛くて、私も二口ほど戴きましたが、ずーっと口の中が玉ねぎ余韻消えません(汗)
個人的には家系の方がオススメです！
