ブランチとして１０時３０分に。
鬼じろうや味噌と悩んだけど、今回は店名で冠する煮干しラーメンに。今は８８０円は、安くない？
メンマが食感しっかりしてて美味しい。
コリとまでいかないけどシャリというかコシがあるというか。
麺は太麺特盛り（５０円）に。こんなにスープから顔を出せる？
一部茹で時間足らないところも？バリカタくらいのところが。
それより縮れさせた方が良くない？
煮干し系は匂いに慣れてしまう後半に食べ応え感が薄れる（個人の感想です）。スープにより絡む縮れ麺の方が。というより次は細麺にしよう。それか味噌。
鬼じろうはあっさりめらしいから見送り。
せっかくなら煮干し系じろうをお願いしたい。山形県の同系は美味しかった。麺もだけど。
