自家製麺はもちもちつるっとストレート、煮干しスープはくどさもなく背脂量はセレクトできます
太めのメンマ好き、焼豚普通、もみ海苔いい感じです。トッピング味玉は普通
これが特徴！てものはなく、普段食いにはバランスよし
茹でるときの麺のほぐしが中途半端で、ザラ無しの箸でとるときに麺が暴れてスープがダンシング&上着にダイビングはちと悲し
待ちしてまではリピなし、ごちそうさまでした！
