新潟県燕市にある、【KUBO LABO】
友人とお邪魔させてもらいました。
比較的新しくできた店みたいです。
店内は、満席状態で
待つときは無線ベルを渡されて車の中で呼び出しがある
まで待機するスタイルです。
20分ほど待って店内に行きました。
■【注文内容】
◯トリュフ香る塩そば
◯中華そば 中太麺
◯温玉のせ肉みそごはん
■【感想】
•店内は、カウンター、座敷があり
ファミリーの方でも利用しやすい状態です。
・10分ほどで、中華そば、トリュフ香る塩そば
肉みそご飯の登場！
・トリュフ香る塩そば。
とても綺麗に盛り付けられています。
トリュフの香り・・・そもそもトリュフの香りが
わからないためダメだ！笑
さて、メンマは太めでチャーシューはレア
どれも美味しい♪
麺は細麺で塩スープと絡み美味いです。
・中華そば。
あっさり系で、ネギ沢山使われており
なかなか美味いです！
・肉みそごはん
温玉と肉みそとご飯のコラボレーションは
言わずと知れた最強組合せ！
また、新たなジャンルを発見できてよかったです。
