こんばんは亀治です。新潟県燕市にある、燕三条らーめん潤に行ってきました。
このお店はラーメン屋さんです。道の駅国上内にあります。
メニューは基本ラーメンです。
今回は王道中華を注文しました。
スープは醤油ベースの背脂の入ったコクのある味です。燕三条系のラーメンのスープという感じです。
麺は中太麺で、モチモチしていて美味しかったです。
具材はチャーシュー、岩ノリ、メンマ、刻んだ玉ねぎでした。どれも燕三条系ラーメンの典型的な
具材が入っていました。美味しかったです。それから、火曜日は味玉一個サービスになります。
道の駅ですが、本格的な燕三条系ラーメンが食べられます。美味しかったです。
