週末土曜日 国道116号線移動中～お腹が鳴ります♪

ん～燕あっさりラーメン おっ!? 花びらチャーシュー!?
行ってみるか～♪
燕三条駅方面へ 前寄った「麺屋はる」過ぎて数分
「ラーメン万人家 燕店」到着 交差点 スーパーウオロク駐車場の端っこ。
ちーとわかりづらい。。
店内入り 右真ん中手前カウンター席着座
花びらチャーシューにしようか迷ったが
万人ラーメンでもチャーシュー4枚なので万人ラーメンねぎトッピングと餃子オーダー♪
店内広め 右真ん中カウンター席 右テーブル席 奥にもテーブル席 左奥にも半個室あるように見えました。
6～7分で万人ラーメン そのあと餃子出来上がりました。
ねぎともやし山 花びら満開ではないが4分咲きチャーシュー(^^♪
チャーシューの上にも輪ネギと背脂乗ってます～♪
まずはスープから♪ おーーーっ♪ 見た目以上にあっさりです～♪
いゃ～またまた飲み干しちゃうな～～(;^_^A
麺は中太ちぢれ麺 スープによく絡んで旨しです。
花びらチャーシュー ちーと薄いけど大判4枚食べ応えあり♪
餃子も大粒 にんにくガツンって効いてて美味(^^♪
最後はちーとブレーキ掛けてスープ少し残しました♪
