佐渡島の主要港、両津港付近の繁華街にある男の手料理屋さん。
看板には存在感があるものの、いたって普通の居酒屋で料理は旨い。
店主さんも店員さんも愛想がいいこともあり、地元客で賑わっている。

新潟での仕事が一段落して、素直に東京に戻るのもなんだったので佐渡へ。
フェリーの本数は思ったより多くはなく、19時過ぎに両津港へ降り立ちます。
楽天トラ○ルでとった宿へのチェックインを済ませ、歩いて飲み屋街へ。
フェリー乗り場周辺と、橋を渡った両津夷エリアの繁華街にお店が集中してる感じ。
有楽街という飲食店街が入る建物があったのでそちらへ突入してみました。
ハイボールは角、結構ウイスキーが濃いめだったんで要注意ですねぇ。
お通しに中華風のモヤシ和え物が登場し、これがさっぱりしていて夏には好感。
壁に貼りだしてあるメニューなどから２品ほど注文してみます。
・煮奴 420円
豆腐は適度な大きさにカットしてあって、とろみのある和風あんかけ。
若干中華っぽいニュアンスもあるかな。長ネギの甘みが味に深みを出してます。
・豚肉と長ネギの塩ダレ炒め 680円
厨房から豪快な炒め物の調理音が響いた後でやってきます。
商品名通りに長ネギと豚バラ肉が主体で、ゆるめの餡のような塩ダレが。
煮奴に比べると葱もちょいとシャキッとしていて食感が良いですね。
ナポリタンやオムライスなどの洋食系もありましたが、
初佐渡なんでもうちょいと色々流れてみたいと思い〆メシは自粛。
応対も感じのよい、初めてでも気楽に利用できるお店でした。
