一杯のラーメンと向き合う。 |
接客は非常に丁寧でファミレス以上の上質さがあります。
このエリアでは多いアゴ出汁の風味を感じる白濁スープ
全体にかけるのではなく、スポットで小エビ入りの香味油を使用しておりこれが味変の役割をします。
スープや塩分がかなりライトなので麺を食べた際に物足りなさが目立つ印象です。
また優しいスープに対して生の水菜を彩りで使用しているため
特にエグ味を強く感じてしまいます。
エビワンタンは食感も良く、美味しくいただけました。
