一杯のラーメンと向き合う。 |
JR上越線「宮内駅」から徒歩12分
長岡市内で一番人気のラーメン店。
木造家屋の素敵なお店です。ラーメンを作るのは女性のみ。
清潔感のある店内で、可愛い猫の置物などが陳列されており、
なんとなく普通のラーメン店と雰囲気が少し違います。
丁寧な接客。器もどことなく可愛さと味のある感じ。
メニューは塩ラーメンのみ。
塩ラーメン、海老ワンタン、海苔と味玉 1370円
スープは丁寧に作られているとても優しい味。
まろやかで旨味のしっかりしたとんこつ塩ラーメン。
佐渡と飛鳥の焼きあごを使っていて、柔らかく甘みのあるスープに、
豚骨の白湯を合わせたスープとのこと。
とにかくこのスープが美味しい。
海老ワンタンが大きいのが2個。これがめちゃうまい。
全ての具材がまろやかで調和していて、全体的に優しい味わい。
とても美味しいラーメンでした。
