進化する、いち井
一杯のラーメンと向き合う。 |
アゴだしのラーメン店。
ゴールデンウィークの10:30頃に行ったところ、もう開店してて、丁寧なお店の方がすぐに入れてくれました。連休なのでサービスで早目に開けてくれたのかな？
焼きアゴ塩（970円）:やや白濁してなめらかなスープは、上品だけどコクがあって、あっさりし過ぎなくて程良く美味しいです。これはチャーシューや、追加トッピングの味玉、海老ワンタン（230円）もそうで、それぞれちゃんと美味しいけどガッツリ系のとは明らかに別タイプです。岩海苔（130円）も味変出来て美味しいです。麺はつるつるなので、すするとするする～っと入って行くのが心地良いです。
11:00頃にお店を出ると行列が出来てました。良いタイミングで入れました。
