しばらく甲信越エリア出張の毎日、今週は新潟市へ。毎晩コンビニ弁当も飽きたので新潟駅周辺をぶらぶらと。小嶋屋の看板を見つけて30数年前に十日町の総本店でいただいたへぎそばを思い出し入店。オススメのへぎそばとタレカツ丼セットを注文。蕎麦は水で〆た後の水切りがあまくて蕎麦を持ち上げると水がポタポタと滴り落ち、且つ薄味の蕎麦つゆに浸けるも水蕎麦を食べているようでした。タレカツは甘辛くて美味しくいただきました。遠い昔を思い出して入店したものの残念な夕飯となりました。
