マーボー炒飯1300円
平日の12時少し前に訪問。すでにランチ客で混み始めてましたがすぐに座れました。
オススメメニューのマーボー炒飯を注文。
しばらく待って料理が出てきました。
麻婆豆腐はさすが銘店の味で辛さの中にしっかりと美味しさを感じます。
炒飯も材料はシンプルでパラパラの美味しい仕上がり。
ごちそうさまでした。

アオーレ長岡で用件を終えて平日のランチタイムに訪問。
「おすすめメニュー」に燃麺（ランメン）という料理を発見。
見たことも聞いたこともない料理だったので挑戦してみました。
ちなみに注文は卓上のタッチパネルからです。
注文してしばらくして燃麺が到着。
ぱっと見はキャベツがどっさり乗った汁なし担々麺といった感じです。
レンゲと箸で麺と汁、具材を混ぜ合わせてからいただきます。
「燃える麺」ということで相当な辛さと思いきや、口に入れてみるとお酢の味がきいていて意外とマイルドな味になっていました。
とはいえ、途中から辛さがだんだんとこみ上げてきます。
注意点としてはパクチーが入っているので苦手な人は避けた方が良いと思います。
