2019.5.2夜１ 汁なしマーボー麺…800円、大エビのチリソース…1580円、青菜あっさり炒め…1100円
GW遠征最後の呑みは、昼の食べ歩きから付き合ってくれている友人と長岡駅周辺でサシ呑み。
同店は明治28年に和食処として創業、現店主の先代の頃より中華料理店へとシフト。
先代は『四川飯店 新潟』、現店主は『赤坂四川飯店』での修行を経ており、本格的な四川料理を提供。
本品は同店の看板メニュー・陳麻婆豆腐を麺が見えなくなるほどドッサリ乗せた品。
下に敷いた中細麺は茹でた後に冷水で〆てあるのがポイント、ツルシコの歯応えで麻婆豆腐に負けない存在感を発揮。
麺を食べ終えた後も、花椒がしっかり効いた麻婆豆腐がそのままビールのアテになるという優秀な一杯。
余談だが、自店の社訓と共に掲載された、店主をはじめとするスタッフ紹介がいちいち面白い。
歴史のある店なのにこういう柔軟な事をやっちゃう辺りも、120年もの長きに亘って愛される理由の一つなのではないだろうか。
