越後湯巡りの旅の途中で、長岡グルメ探索。
新幹線まで少し時間があって、駅の付近で食事を楽しみたい。
そんな場面に最適なお店。
名物は「口から火を噴く麻婆豆腐」と掲げる看板メニューの「陳麻婆豆腐」。
その名の通り、赤坂四川飯店 陳建一氏 直伝の麻婆豆腐。
1人利用だったため、大皿の麻婆豆腐ではなくマーボー丼を注文。
昨今の激辛料理の様な辛さではなく、ジワリと効いてくる旨みのある辣味。
辣味は控えめで、花椒の風味は感じられるが痺れ感はない。
日本人の好みに合わせた麻辣味で、万人受けしそうな麻婆豆腐。
