JR長岡駅近くの中華料理店。日曜16時前、ほかに客はいない。メニュー豊富で目移りしてしまう。おすすめの麻婆丼にしたいが辛さ4ってなってるので躊躇して、辛さが3の汁なし麻婆麺950円と生ビール600円を注文。
麻婆麺は、まず山椒の香りが第一印象。中華麺と産所がぴっりとした麻婆がよく合い、ビールも進む。覚悟したほどの辛さではなく、これじゃあ麻婆丼にすればよかったかな。量はそれほど多くはなかった。
いろいろ試してみたいそんな店であった。ごちそうさまでした。
