長岡駅裏の、土日もやってるお寿司屋さん。
予約より早く着いてしまったので、他の客と被ってしまい、注文から大分待ちました。タイミングですね。
新潟県寿司組合推奨 握りセット極み（4000円＋税）:全体的に、新潟的には普通に美味しかったです。一部の高いネタはあまり得意では無いみたいだったので、意外とそのへんが入ってない安いセットの方が良いかも。
ノドグロ塩焼（お会計から逆算すると5000円以上？）:じっくり待ちました。小ぶりながら焼き加減バッチリで、しっかり火が通りつつジューシーで美味しかったです。
お店のノリがなかなか分からなくて上手く注文出来ませんでしたが、日本酒も高いけど種類豊富で美味しかったです。
