This shop is proud of its rich soup and soy sauce sauce made with 100% tonkotsu. Nagaoka City has long had many Ramen shops that use ginger. However, those Ramen are generally heavy. The soup was born |
I had Kuken Salt (750 yen including tax). I visited on a Saturday at 2pm, but there were only three other people there, and Ramen arrived in about 10 minutes. Soup: Just the right amount of richness. With the salt, you can simply taste the pork bone flavor. Noodles: The medium-thick noodles are not too salty when mixed with the soup, and you can enjoy the wheat flavor, which is nice. Toppings etc.: It's orthodox, but it's nice that you can enjoy a variety of flavor changes. The pork slices were just the right amount of fat. It's been about 13 years since I last came here, since I was a student, and I was happy that the taste reminded me of my memories. Thank you for the meal!
