急用ができ長岡へ。
高校時代に通っていた懐かしいレストランナカタ。
当時はいつもポークカレーか生姜焼のどちらかだったが、今は生姜焼は無くなったそうだ。
店内はいい具合に経年して懐かしさが増すばかりだ。
ランチメニューはカレーにトッピングを選んでも千円以下で今でも学生の味方のようだ。
ポークカレーの10倍にハンバーグトッピングを注文。
昔50倍を汗だくで食べたのも懐かしいが、流石に大昔の完食者の写真などは貼ってある訳もない。
完全に溶ける手前の玉ねぎにホロホロの豚肉、カレーにマッチする柔らかいハンバーグ。
