こまどりさんと言えば味噌というイメージがありますが、昔 岩室にお店があった時に食べた醤油ラーメンが、ラードでコッテリして美味しかったという記憶があったので、頼んでみました。
でも、あっさりとした味でした。ほんのり豚ガラの匂い。豚ガラと鶏ガラ、煮干少々と昆布でしょうか? すみません、あてになりません。
よく言えば優しい味ですが、あまり心に残らない普通の味。昔食べた醤油は、すごい勢いのある味だったんだけどなー…。ただ、あの時は酔っ払ってたし、そもそも寺泊店ではなかったのだから。
やっぱり、味噌ラーメンの方が、こまどり！って感じです。
