本日の昼ごはんの来店です。
道路を挟んだ広い駐車場に車を停め来店です。
かなり久しぶりの来店です。
カウンター席に着席してメニューを見て迷いましたが、やっぱり味噌ラーメンをオーダーです。
メニューを見て気づいたのですが、ライスがないんですね～発見です♪
１０分ほどで着丼。
まずはスープを一口。
濃厚味噌スープです。
美味いですね。
麺は太縮麺、モッチモチで美味しいです。
麺にスープがよく絡んでいます。
あと、炒めたシャッキシャキのキャベツともやし、ひき肉がスープとしっかり絡んで美味しいです。
このへんで、にんにく投入。
さらにコクが出ていいですね。
午後はしっかりマスクをして、にんにくの香りがしないよう気をつけます。
美味しくいただきました。
