とあるラーメン屋にいったら休日.....
近くに何かないかなぁと、三宝亭があるじゃないかと思い訪問
いつもお昼時は待ちがでているが、本日はすんなり着席
メニューが豊富でいつも悩む
しょうゆ？みそ？酸辣湯？と悩みながらメニューの角に『あんかけやきそば』を発見
即決で注文。サービスでライスを付けられるらしい。
待つこと15分 着丼
からしと酢が一緒運ばれ、酢でからしを溶いて、お好みでどうぞと
見た目、かなり濃い色。あんかけラーメンと同じ餡なのかなぁ？かなりの具沢山
中太麺を硬めに揚げてありバリバリ食感
バリバリ食感を餡に絡めて一口
かなり濃い目の醤油味。うまい
白菜、筍、人参、きくらげ、三枚肉、いか、えび、うずらの卵、青菜と、飽きないほど具沢山
途中でからし酢をかけて、味変。さっぱりしてうまい
終盤は、麺がしんなりし始めたのも、餡がからんでおいしい
最後は醤油が強くて飽きてきたが、おいしくいただきました。
