新潟五大ラーメン 燕三条背脂ちゃちゃ系らーめんの銘店「潤」蔵王橋店。燕三背脂ラーメンはここが１番美味いんだよな！ １９時過ぎに入店。店内で５人待機中。券売機で食券を買って１０分程待ってカウンター席に。定番の中華そばでなく味噌らーめんを選択。５分ほどで着丼。岩海苔とチャーシュー、メンマ、ナルト、ほうれん草、キクラゲ、煮玉子…具沢山なり。背脂で覆われてるので最後まで熱々で美味しく頂きました。味噌らーめんも美味かった！
