ポアルらーめんをお願いしました。
同行した方が野菜味噌らーめんを購入していました。そちらが先に着丼したのを見ると、大きな器に野菜がてんこ盛りでビックリ…
初訪問の私のポアルらーめんはいったいと思って待っていたところ着丼、野菜味噌らーめんとは異なるスープの色で、醤油らーめんかなと思う色合いでした。こちらも大きな器で登場しましたが、野菜はてんこ盛りでは有りませんでしたが、大きく分厚いチャーシューが3枚も乗っており、もやしの量も1袋ぐらい入ってる？感じがしました。
先ずスープ、始めは甘味が感じられ、味噌感はあまり感じませんでしたが炒められたもやし、ひき肉、スープを混ぜ合わせると味噌が感じられますが前面に味噌が出てくる感じではなく、あっさりと頂ける味でした。
麺量も非常に多く、コスパの良いラーメンだと思います。
