土曜の昼過ぎに訪問、おそらく3度目ぐらい、投稿は初。混んでるかなぁと思ったけどカウンターに空きがありました。でもほぼ満席に近い。野菜味噌ラーメン大盛をオーダー、暫し待ちます。
着丼、野菜ドッサリ湯気ぼうぼう、先ずはスープから……、美味い。甘い味です。新潟蒲生方面のパンチのある味噌ラーメンではなく優しい味噌ラーメンです。これはこれで美味い。熱々なのがグー、野菜の種類が多いのもグー。暫く食べて先ず七味を試してみました、レンゲの中で。良い感じ。続いて胡椒もレンゲの中で試してみましたがこれも良い感じ。そしてまた元々の味で食べ続けましたがやはりピリッというかインパクトが欲しくなり、七味と胡椒を両方投入しました。この味変が当たり。甘い味噌味にちょっと刺激が入りました。お勧めの味変です。
完食完飲までいきました。美味しくいただきましたがスープや具より麺が好きな私はちょっと不満気味。麺の味があまりしない、柔らかい、歯応えない。この甘い味噌にさえ負けてしまってる麺では物足りなさを感じます。とはいえ美味しくいただきました。特にスープを完飲したあとでさえ丼から湯気が立ち込めてる熱々には嬉しかったです(^^)それと女将さんの笑顔の接客が1番の調味料でした(^^)v
