工場団地のそばにぽつんとあるラーメン屋さんです。
券売機ではなく、指示された場所に座ってから口頭で注文する昔ながらのシステム。メニューを見ながらじっくり考えて選ぶ時間があるのでほっとします。
チャーハンや餃子も食べたいのですが、お得な半チャーハンなどはなく、ごはんと餃子をつけて５０円安くなるセットなど、お店が決めたちょっとオーバーカロリーなメニューしかないのが残念。単品も少々高い気がします。
でも、ここの特徴である太めでちぢれが強い平麺は気に入りました。弾力がある。もっちりしている。わずかに背脂を浮かせたスープはまったりした味わいで、厚めのチャーシューにはしっかり味がついていて小口のねぎもいい。
ただ、ちょっとだけ高い。
