新潟県へ仕事で行った際に、こんな所に？というラーメン屋さんでしたが、昼は大人気で満席でした。皆さん仕事の合間に職場の方と来ていたり、1人で来ている方が多かったです。人気メニューはなんといっても中華そばで、醤油ベースに節が聞いており、そこに背脂も入っており最高の味わいでした！米とも合う！そして米もうまい！
