スパイス感溢れるインドカレーは健在！

下記はH25.10に初訪時の投稿です。
今日は出張で長岡へ。
何時もの如く、ランチの店を食べログで検索。
長岡へは良く来る機会があり、同僚や客先と一緒だと小千谷の暁天さんや、勝龍さんに行くことが多いが、今日は一人のため、大好きなインドカレーで絞り込み。
それでヒットしたバンヤンさん。
食べログでの点数はすごく高い訳ではなく、過度な期待はせずに訪問しましたが、ここは美味い！
平日ランチでラムカレーを選択。
普通で辛口だが、お店の方に聞いたら、大辛、激辛、それ以上も出来るとのこと。で、激辛に。
カレー、ライスとも大盛にしました。
計1350円。
カレー、ナン、チャイとも全てに店主の拘りを感じ美味！
ターメリックが効いた黄色いのは豆カレーとのこと。これも美味かった。
長岡出張の際には必ず来たいと思います。ご馳走様でした(^^)
