長岡市『ドラゴン』さんです。
長岡の花びらチャーシューの店といえば、まずはこちら！越後の龍「ドラゴン」さん。
最近、チャーシューをマイナーチェンジ
今までバラ肉ロールチャーシューを使用していたものを、「国産の肩ロースチャーシュー」にしたそうですよ。
「花びらみそチャーシュー」￥980
をいただきました。
丼の四方にドンと構える大ぶりのチャーシュー
肩ロース特有のきめ細かい肉質と程よい脂身加減が素晴らしい。
スープに沈めて熱が通るとホロリと柔らかくほどける旨さ。
味噌味のスープは程よいコクがありつつ、優しくすっきりした味わい。
麺は中太ちぢれ麺
そして、なんと！
ここは「餃子」にも花が咲いていましたよ。
パリパリの羽根つき餃子もジューシーで旨かった〜
