カウンター席に座りちゃーしゅーめんを注文。
今回は大脂にしました。
麺が太麺なので出てくるまで少し時間がかかります。
スープは醤油が強めですが背脂と合わさって個人的にはちょうどよく感じました。
麺はモチモチの太麺で食べごたえがあります。
周りのお客さんは味噌の注文が多かったので次は味噌にしてみようかな。
