こんばんは亀治です。新潟県長岡市にある、らーめん三昇と言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店は文字通りラーメン屋さんです。
メニューはラーメンやチャーハン、ちょっとしたご飯物、餃子等があります。
今回は甘口味噌らーめんとちゃーしゅー味玉丼を注文しました。
甘口味噌ラーメンのスープは文字通り甘めの味噌味でした。背脂が入っていてかなりマイルドなあじで、それでいてコクもあり美味しかったです。
麺は平たい中太麺でした。スープによく合っていました。
具材は炒めた野菜がのっていました。キャベツ、人参、木耳、もやし、挽肉などでした。
ちゃーしゅー味玉丼は小さく切ったチャーシューのブロックがご飯にのっていました。さらに、味玉ものってました。
ごちそうさまでした。
