ぽつんとラーメン屋さんがあります。
日曜の15時頃でしたが店内は7割位の入り。

麺は加水率高めの燕三条系らしい平打ち麺
スープも燕三条系で濃いめの味で、
麺とスープの相性がとても良いですを
燕三条系のつけめんとしては個人的No1です。

エビ、豚肉やキャベツなどの野菜たっぷり。
麺はこちらも多加水平打ち麺でした。
エビのプリプリ感がたまならいです。
