お昼にパスタ。
行こうと思っていたお店の駐車場が満杯。
仕方なく、他のお店を検索すると、以前に相方がおすすめしていたお店を発見。
早速行くことにして、お店を探します。
住宅街にあるのですが、幟も立っていないので見つけるのが一苦労！
ナビがなかったら絶対に発見できませんでした。
なんとか見つけてお店に訪問。
先客は４組ほど。一人を除いてすべてが女性。
ん～私には場違い！？
気にせずに案内された席に座って、ランチを注文！
ランチはいくつかあり、パスタとピザがあります。
きのこと小柱のオリーブオイル・アンチョビ風味をセレクトしました。
１０分ほどで提供。
一口いただくと、味はGOOD。
しかし、食感が？？？
アルデンテという言い方がありますが、麺がちょっと固すぎます。
もう２０秒ほどはゆでてほしい。
食べ終わる頃には、いい感じになりましたが、やっぱりちょっと芯が残り過ぎかな。
味がよかっただけに、そこのバランスがね！
