長岡の【アー・アッラ・ゼータ】へ。野菜を使った料理が特徴的な、イタリア料理の店です。
・前菜
予約してランチをいただきました。ヴィシソワーズ（じゃがいもの冷製スープ）と、ズッキーニのキッシュにスナップエンドウを添えて。手前はワラサのカルパッチョ。夏らしい一品です。
・魚介のトマトソーススパゲッティ
ホタテとイカの魚介の旨みに、バジルではなく大葉で青々しさのアクセントを。さっぱりといただけます。
・野菜のナポリピッツァ
緑と黄色のズッキーニにスナップエンドウ、キャベツという、具が野菜のみの珍しいピッツァ。
薪石窯で焼かれて表面はサックリ、中はふんわりモチモチ。4人でシェアしましたが、食べ応えがありました（3切食べましたw）。
・ドルチェ
ガトーショコラをコーヒーで〆となりました。
旬の野菜使いが印象に残るイタリアンでした。コースも食べてみたくなりました。
